VR4 Front Struts Onto a GSR

Quick question guys... i remember reading some where that VR4 front suspension will bolt up to a Lancer... I think it was a CB though. Just checking coz a mate need to get his car through pits and they wont pass it with the current suspension set up on the front. Could any one confirm if VR4 shockies could be used temporarily on the front of a CC GSR.

Im using Evo4 frt shocks on a gsr set up as for vr4 :shock:

Hmmz Baz?? My struts on my e3 looked very similar, if not the same as the vr4..
