No it's not my engine, This is the dud engine that was removed from Dan's CB GSR.
It's been sitting here for months, and it's cleaning out the garage time which is why I have so much crap for sale atm.

I got bored and tore it down, keeping the "good bits" left.

I had a good feeling there was destruction beneath as soon as I took off the cam cover.
All the rockers on the exhauts side were let loose.

I think it had a service just before it died, The oil was ok, and the other spark plugs seem new.

this is why i changed my timing belt when i bought my car, even though it apparently has been changed: dont want to take the risk

Something I noticed with the pistons.

It has G 6 - T stamped on the rods, and ART 2L on the Pistons

So is this a 2L block?

The bores have scuff marks but it isn't too bad, The crank is still in good nick.
