The main problem here is that all it comes down to is police officers DISCRETION. Which means, for example, the last time i got defected and tried to argue my point, and got an extra fine for "driving a car that does not comply with the road standard act" They could now turn around and say, "oh i believe you lost traction as well whilst reversing out of your gravel driveway", and take your car away, instead of defecting it.

THESE NEW LAWS ARE THE ******** OF ALL ********

yeah i know a full tank should give me about 1/2 and hour if i am lucky on fullthrottle lol

bob i know what you talking about with the drugdealers and they dont car about there cars getting impounded they might have spent 3x what we have but money aint **** to them

and dont stress the pen is not like the movies say i have been there its not so bad, roof over your head and 3meals a day

funny story sorry for hijacking but

i picked up a hitch hiker and he lite a ciggie in my car without even asking if it was cool no respect then when i asked him to throw it out of the window he said not un les you stop so i can finish it i slowed down to about 30 or 40 and undid his seatelt opend his door and pushed him out im not proud of that but some people have no respect
