Which too to use to trim bumper

Hey folks,

Would anyone know what tool to use to trim the front of my car so it looks a little more natural.
I believe this was hacked from the very first driver now I want to clean it up I have a dremmel tool but what attachment would I use?

I'd trim it with a Stanley knife then sand and paint it.
A dremel leaves you with the risk of gouging it.

As above, whatever you do, you will need to sand it / possibly fill it to make it perfect and paint it.

that's what I did with mine. a coarse rasp will work also.

Ok looks like stanly then sand and maybe a bit of fill and repaint.

You need a pink stone and a dyegrinder should turn out good if done properly
