Will this kit suit my 6bolt.

Am just about to order these rods/pistons.
Wanted to double check they will fit my 6 bolt.

Ah spewing! Did you tell just by going off piston options? Rods will be different yeah?

2g is 7 bolt which is evo 1-9

you need 1g

Spool don't do rods for 6 bolt (1g). You can't use 7 bolt (2g) rods in the 6 bolt (you can make 6 bolt rods work in a 7 bolt though). You can use 7 bolt pistons if you buy a 6 bolt rod with a 22mm pin (Manley and Eagle do those off the shelf).

Also advantages on why people would use these hybrid rods to get 7 bolt pistons to fit?

IIRC the 7 bolt rods have smaller width bearings and piston pins than 6 bolts.
My 6 bolt stroker has Eagle rods with the stronger 7 bolt pins in the 8.7 CR Wiseco pistons FWIW.
