Nah i'm out Tim, i'm moving house at the moment but most likely i'll be up for it after easter. See if i can beat Mick's 10.9 second pass :p
 
Runs were crap! It's like I have to learn how to drive this thing again with the new setup.
Fair bit of wheelspin off the line and I need to play with the timing between shifts to help keep the turbo spooled :(
I'll be back out on Good Friday trying it again!!
It was a bloody humid night out there too so that didn't bloody help things at all!

Best of the night was a shit 12.001 @ 124.
It does feel much stronger than with the old setup though. Just need to work on it now :)
It had cooled down by the time we left and I lost traction at the top of 2nd accelerating back onto the highway :) That was fun!

If you think about it, it's really all Rob D's fault actually. :p

Does it still have a locked centre diff. or did you change that?
 
Was good to meet you Tim and others (not properly though), i was in the black/orange lancer coupe :D ended up getting my 12! ran a 12.96 @ 116mph

After chatting with you about your car and running 30+psi through a standard block ive changed my whole mindset! Now looking at a set of cams and maybe springs/valves and more boost!

DamnTim at least you didnt braek anything thats always a plus. What tyres are you running and diffs. Sorry i couldnt make it didnt get time to get the car ready iv got a new baby at home so 3 under 3 doesnt leave me with much time anymore. Also do you want all my old gear box bits from the Albins Dog Box as im cleaning up and just going to chuck it.

Your old bits would be great mate! :) I'm have to come down the coast this week so I could collect them from you at work?

I'm still running stock rims and HUGE 195 Pirrelli Dragons lol
Diff setup is
Front - open
Centre - welded
Rear- viscous lsd

Sheesh, have you worked out what's causing all these children to turn up at your place yet? :p :p :p

Yeah mate i worked it out having a Hot Spanish wife is the problem. All sorted now though got the snip the other day it was so much fun :(
