Window passenger side wont go up?

hey guys left my car at the panel beaters for a week and he didnt wind my window up and when i try to wind it up it doesnt go up at all? what could be the reason?

Move the window side to side when trying to raise it up. It could just be stuck from dust in the air at the panel beaters which has dried up the rubber window sleeve.

yeah it was just stuck kos of the dust ahahah all good now made me worry scared of those mozis you know
