I'm looking at heading to Winton on FRIDAY the 16th of October for a practice day.

It's $120 to race, plus $50 for AASA licences that can be purchased on the day, if you do not already hold one. These last for 12 months. The usual race attire and raceworthy/roadworthy vehicle standards apply.

Anyone else keen to roll up, feel free to post here.....

The only reason why I dont wanna race on the 30th is that if my car decides to die on me, then I have 2 weeks to fix it without giving up my spot!

Weakest link for me will be my clutch I think- should have gone 5-puk instead of organic!

good point, I would love to come up with you then but I doubt it,will you have your big turbo on etc by then???? punching out some big numbers.

track work isnt to hard on the clutch anyway compared to hard launches imo.

do our AASA licences from DECA get send out to us, coz if my car is back im keen to go up for this one!!

yeah that's true, but I guess it depends on how you drive your car!

turbo i'll have by the end of the week, and goes on with the TRIKFAB 3" exhaust

I am in the same situation and dont want to put the car out of action the day before the event, will be using Friday to get a good look at the layout of the track without pushing the car too hard:thumbsup: That means I won't be trying to keep up with you George:p

I'd love to come along to give you a run Dre, but the Coupe might be going through a serious rewire and tuning adventure. If it hasn't started by the 16th Oct though, I'll be there.

I have an acquaintance in a new Civic Type-R that is keen so far.....
