So recently be having mad withdrawals and depression about selling my 1st gsr. Been trying to sell my current car for quite some time and starting to think if I should go back to old habits or try something new once I sell the car! its been over a year since ive owned a 4g so looking for feed back from people who got out only to be sucked back in lol

Can't believe you sold that first one. Was perfect!
What happened to the top secret car you were buying?

Jump aboard the growing trend of people who embrace aerodynamically challenged vehicles and buy an RVR! They look like crap, but can handle ok with late evo suspension, can be lightened by 100kg with a socket set, have usable roof rails......and to top it off, every wanker in a bent 8 or WRX wonders what the F#%k just happened when you do an 18psi AWD launch from the lights.

All humour aside, it is up to you but you won't find a better sleeper in the Mitsubishi import line-up than a mid-late '90s RVR.

+1 for the RVR. I had a VR-4 Galant 10yr ago and I loved that some bogans would think that it was a Magna.
My personal favourite is an EVO 8 though.....

Dont listen to these 2 hill billys ^
Best value for money ATM is a Ralliart Lancer..nice car...creature comforts galore...and easy to mod.

Hey bro, after writing my gsr off, I took a break, started looking at other candidates for a daily. Being a boost junkie, I wanted another turbo, jap preferably, and having owned a few other jap cars previously nissans, toyotas, a honda and a suby even, I really wanted a rotor but realistically I didnt see it being viable, so started to browse around and I kept getting pulled back to mitsi's, kinda got set on a airtrek but before I had all the cash together the rvr I have now popped up for the measley price of a grand, always wanted one so I jumped on it, needless to say, I done the right thing, itch was finally scratched.

My advice is to test drive a few different cars, see whats out there and weigh up the pros an cons,

GSR with a 2L conversion but factory GSR looks. Nice sleeper, that would be my vote.

I really wished I had kept my last Vr4. That was tidy as fuck. And mods for a gr8 basis. 4Bolt rear, evo 0 running gear, evo 0 bonnet, eterna grille.... Hmmm I'm getting sentimental here....

I had a look at a few rvr's and they don't look to bad also as mentioned they are the ultimate sleeper I just cant see my self owning one. But after driving past Croydon racing yesterday and seeing a white evo 3 and then seeing a white evo 2 today I think I may have to either buy a gsr or get my hands on a early evo. anybody want to buy a mazda 3 mps???
