A club that is listed with the Victorian (or relevant state authority) list of associations.

No Team4G doesn't qualify.

Generally you're talking clubs that are affiliated with CAMS or ASAA and there are a HELL of a lot of them. There's at least 40 in melbourne and another 30 or so in adelaide.

Dan - MGEC is a pretty big and well registered club.. I reckon you could safely assume that they'd qualify for the discount.
