Quick question, would 180sx type x rims fit a cc gsr? I'm assuming they would without any problems because they're both 4x114.3, right? sorry for all the noob questions.

180s have a pretty big offset (about +40 from memory) and standard gsr is +35-38 I think. I looked at this a while ago cause I was going to borrow some rims off a mate, and on paper it all looked pretty good, but we never actually got around to fitting them to find out for sure.

yes they will fit fine

yep theyll fit fine

stadard GSR offset is +45

same as EVO OZ racing rims 15 and 16" which are both +45 too

as above though, steer clear of staggered offsets and widths.

I'm looking at the stock type x rims, i'll show u a pic. thought they'd do fine considering they're only $300 with tires, and i want a smaller rim instead of the one i have now. i'm not liking the way they make my car handle, doesn't feel quite right.

here's the rims

you'd want to check if they're hub centric (and they probably are, being factory wheels).. 180sx's have a 68mm hub centre whereas evo/gsr's are 69/90 so you'd probably need a spacer.
