WTB: 4G93 turbo manifold to suit CE

hey guys,

as the title shows im after a 4G93 SOHC turbo manifold to suit a TD04-13G turbo which is the stock GSR turbo.

does anyone know where i can get one?
does anyone have one?
has anyone done it before?

im also after the stock GSR TD04-13G exhaust flange and/or a dump pipe for this turbo as well..... should be one floating around here somewhere....
