WTB: Crank Angle Sensor

Anyone know where I can pick one up? Are they similar to the 63's or the NA's?

I already tried CVAP. Would IMLACH have any?

they are not the same as 463 ones or non turbo.

will have to be a gsr one mate.

it will be worth getting the t2t..... number off the side
of the crank angle to make sure it is the same

The CAS electronic module itself is the same (black plastic electronic module is removable from the CAS). So if you remove it from either an EVO I-III or GSR or Proton GTi/M21 it will work. If you want the complete CAS, then a GSR or Proton M21/GTi (pre 2003 model) will work.

CVAP should have some EVO or GSR units available. If not, give ACE AUTO SPARES in Sydney a call as they are Proton wreckers. Details: 72 Railway St, Yennora, NSW 2161. Ph: (02) 9892 1010 and ask for a Proton GTi or M21 Crank Angle sensor off a Mitsubishi ECU model M21 or GTi (not a SIEMENS model Proton as they had a different CAS which was bolted down near the harmonic balancer) :wink:
