WTB: Data Logger to suit VR4

Hey interested in getting a data logger.

If I'm unable to find a reasonable one second hand, whats the best way to go about it.

And if someone could PM me, I have a couple questions regarding the use of one.

Since your in Sydney get the cable from Meek, I have a Palm pilot that is the model you need, just the battery is quite ****, I am quite sure new batterys are available from ebay tho. Let me know if you are interested.

Bingo /\ bloody easy to use, log and trouble shoot codes once you've been shown the first time.

I only use it now for trouble shooting, other wise it sits in my tool box.

You'll be lucky if you could repeat that.....

About $70-100 for the palm, depending which model, and around $50 for the cable I reckon

get a palm off ebay - try and get 1 that uses AAA or AA batteries rather than 1 that has its own rechargeable battery.
not all palms are suitable as vr4 dataloggers

i use the logger for setting the base idle
and checking errors - was handy when my alternator was dying.

colour palms (M515 etc) are what you want to go for. B&W are useless when it comes to logging and graphing!
