its not something that needs replacing unless its copped a hit and been damaged, they dont wear out so wreckers wont sell them

You after one for the back of the head like a normal EVO? Even Auspec Galant VR4 items will suit man. If you just need a new module, you can grab just the black module part from a GSR, Proton Satria GTi or Proton M21 as they all fit inside the EVO CAS housing

RVR's had a different CAS setup remember and not the same.

its a cam position sensor. if the car wont idle properly you can dodgy it by bending it. or strip it and fix it
