Jono, that makes no sense. Big 16g's don't take 30 seconds to spool up (well unless they are one of my favourite Chinese ebay ones :D).

as to streets u dont have much road to play with
Or are you referring to the lane changing torque steer that happens when a big 16G really hits it's efficiency zone :).

howcome i only get 140kw out of my vr4 turbo @ 15psi?
im about to do the vr4 turbo to evo 3 turbo upgrade, so ill keep u posted with my results. I have a 93, but that shouldnt make a difference.
 
I prob had around 160 coz engine was jst freshened up and its only a FWD(less power is lost thru the driveline)
 
Mine CB FWD 3 door hatch was dynoed at 182KW with the small 16G and a VR4 4G63 at around 18PSI. The boost used to come on around 3000 RPM and it was mad wheelspin time. I personally think the big 16G would have given you a bit better drivability and a bit more top end as the small 16G used to run out of puff over 6000 RPM. Also, get an LSD and it will be far more drivable..
