Hey guys, im after some lumpy cams for my 61T,and ive tracked down what i want, and that is some VR4 AMG cams.
the for specs for these cams are :
Inlet : 260 degree's
Exhaust : 264 degree's

im after a pretty good condition set, but any suggestions will be appreiated.

Also after the N/A intake manifold that is found of the AMG tuned N/A 4G63's.

what head are you running? port sizes change so you need to match port sizes to intake also. ie. if your running 4g61t head cant use vr4 or 4g61na intake. vr4 turbo cams or e3 will be much easier to find and close to those specs. but still no really lumpy.
 
i refer to lumpy as in more aggressive cams than the stocks,not really the sound they produce, i should probably just say aggressive lol.

How does setting your exhaust cam retarded a tooth give you any gains?

getting cams is a fairly big thing, it also realy depends on what else you have done. you can just put cams in a get a benifit out of them. but really to suit the setup and get the best out of them they need to be tuned, ie fitting adjustable cam gear and dialing them in. this can take a fair amount of time on a dyno and gets quiet expensive.
you have to remember the amount of time mitsi put into getting the cams set right. on same note there is no reason you cant adjust your current cams and get a good benifit from them also.

more to the point, what are you trying to achieve? what setup are they going to be ran on?
