WTD: CC Lancer Sedan roofskin

Hi all,

I need a roofskin for CC GSR as i have the wonderful factory spec rust.

Does anyone have one, or a shell with a good roof that they would be willing to part with?

Failing that, has anyone been through the process of obtaining a new one, and replacing it etc etc? What did it cost you?

I'd prefer something from brisbane but if the price is right etc, i could always ship one up..

Any info is greatly appreciated.

mate just go direct to mitsubishi. or take it to a reputable panel shop in your area and get em to quote you up on the costs

Do a search in this forum as DO NOT buy one from Mitsubishi unless you wanna sell your left testicle to pay for it. A Proton WIRA roofskin is the same thing and HEAPS CHEAPER. Do a search and you'll find the part number and info ;D

yeah i've done the usual checks with mitsi and proton earlier on...and like you said, i'm not THAT keen to give my left nut... aaaand been searching through the forums for one too. I know there's 1 or 2 in WA...but they're waaaay over there.

Ive been offered one from a wreaker for 100 a complete turret, you DIY drill out the spot welds on the roof skin.
