Have a look at this article: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,396182,00.html . The first pic you posted looks very real and the colour is believable, but the second pic of the blueish coloured 'thing' looks like its CGI and fake because honestly, how come the sand around the thing is perfectly untouched plus I've seen better CGI animation on the ABC Walking with Dinosaurs series lol. I reckon its a dog that some sick fuk tossed into the water to drown. Look at its front legs as they are bound together :(

Just did a bit of a search on the net for some theories and I reckon some dude has got the best one so far. He reckons its an English Bull Terrier, and because they are a c*nt of a dog to train and can be downright dangerous, people with disobedient or uncontrollable bullies will find them virtually impossible to pass off onto someone else. Then if you cant afford a vet bill to put it down, and your mate Ugene lost his gat in his last 7-Eleven raid, you can imagine somone tieing its front legs together and tossing it over a bridge.

What I'd do to a sick fucker like that would give people nightmares.

the second pic is clearly CGI and the body isnt even in the same position?
the colours all messed up and theres fur on it...clearly none in the first pic.
I put it to you....will americans believe anything?

naaaaa... turtle bodies outside their shells still have the same basic shape as their shell with plate-like skin on top so it aint a turtle.

Also a turtles shell is integrated with it's spine.. it would be pretty hard to remove a turtles shell without making a mess of its body.
