But I thought I would introduce my latest 4G63 Mitsu: I recently picked up my 4th Galant VR4 in the last 12 years. It is 1991 (1250/2000 though, this probably doen’t mean much gown under ).
The mods are rather modest, which is just like I like it for a daily driver:
- FMIC w/Greedy BOV
- 2G MAF
- 3” turbo back exhaust (relatively quite)
- V3 ECM link
- ACT2900 w/puck disk (I HATE it with a passion!!! Will need to change it!)
Not many plans for the car, other than just daily driving until spring, when I can put my Eclipse Spyder back on the road.
96 Eclipse Spyder AWD (summer beater)
93 Eagle Summit TSI AWD (4G63 swap)
01 Isuzu Vehicross (winter beater)
80 Triumph TR7 (4G63 swap)

The tails are from '89 USDM fwd n/t model. PO did it, along with a few other appearance mods. I usually only focus on performance mods.
Plans are to daily drive it. I am going to focus on racing my Summit (RVR to most of you ). It is actually 150-200 lbs lighter. And reaction to a fast micro-van is much better than to one to a 4 door sedan

How much time do you spend in a parking lot with your performance car? If you do a lot of parking lot driving, and hang out in parking lots, chances are you are a ricer, go home and read import tuner. If you’re complaining about noise you should not be modifying your car. You should also consider no longer being a man, please hand in your genitals at the door.

300 were Burgundy.
7 were Silver.
7 were White.
1 was Black.
(it seems like it anyway)
Not many at all really.. with the $44,000 AUD price tag in the early 90's not many really could afford it. What would that price compare to these days?
How many do you think were imported?
I'm sure the mini van beating V8's look on face is priceless!
The 4 door sedan saloon thing was good back in the early 90's from what I read but it is quite common now with the release of the WRX's, EVO's etc.
