from what i know of the oil squirters one of there main functions is to help cool the piston itself. i know a lot of drag engines have them removed for both oil pressure and the fact in extreme loads like drag racing it can give inconsistant temps accross the piston, which is another reason to...

if all else fails i a pretty sure i still got one sitting on a diff in the shed.

most of those jet engines they stick in those things only burn diesel or kero anyway, so really its pretty safe.

will have several ones at work that have been cut, come from import engines where they didnt ask for tail shaft, they just oxy the shaft a few inches back for use in conversions and shit. let me know if you need one.

you said there was 4g61 parts in there, who ever put the block together didnt use half and half? like keep one balance shaft and use the 4g61 oil pump? the 4g61 oil pump doesnt have the balance on the pump side but still has access on front side for the balance shaft that takes the belt? not fun...

really dont think it would be worth it $ wise to do the 6a12 motor, 4g93 engine wouldnt be to hard.

do it, the 4g61ts and sweet motors and super strong, same rods and shit as the 63 vr4 motors and short stroke, rev hard. the power output is only dependant on the turbo put on it. the standard 4g61t turbo is stupid small and chokes hard. i have made a very easy 175kwatw with a 16g turbo on one...

hey guys, have two sets of injectors for sales, both low km units, one set i dont need and the other are just spares that i dont really need. the 510's are twin squirt type out of a evo 3 engine that had 72thou on it, were working perfectly when removed due to upgrade can do these for $180...
