    for the head situation, its piss easy to drill through the head (4in) for an oil feed. BUT proton have smaller ports than gsr heads, while the small ports will give great torque, the large ports give more top end under big boost...

    i always do clearances without headgasket. i suggest 60thou clearance, but also check your valve timing as this has a major part. now measure the headgasket and use 50% crush as your spec. now with some basic math you can work out your clearance.. i normally dont see any issues when building...

    my first one i took 15% off, then about 25%.. now im at about 35%... you can take shitloads out, and yes, i checked it all out with an automotive and mechanical engineer, they said it was still very safe

    are evo bonnet rwc on gsr?

    either way according to VSB 14 all non-intrusion pannels can be replaced with fibreglass or carbon of good quallity, replaced with components from varients of the chassis model or stock modified within guidelines. all these are owner certifiable.

    the cam duration will be too long, you loose captive effort on valve overlap. how many angle valve job is it?? also do you know your comp ratio?? id run a td05-16g7 with a ported and re-shaped manifold that should work very well, unless is a low comp engine, then you will need a larger front...
