I believe that the ecu doesn't know anything above 15 odd psi and guesses based on the last figure. The fuel maps are odd too... i'll post in a min.

0.65mm gap solved the issue. I am going to test the voltage to the coil as I should be able to run 15psi with more than 0.65mm gap with 10mm leads, bpr7es and a new coilpack.
