    Look for a round hole behind each blinker.

    Removing RVR side/head lights

    There is a screw holding down each side marker (indicator) located behind each one. You'll need an 8mm socketand an extension, be carefull not to drop your socket and / or screw in the cavity. Once this screw is removed then slide the indicator forward.

    Coolant thermostat probably needs replacing. An old unit will sometimes jammed shut/half way before completely failing.

    Hey all, It there a trick in removing the wheel bearing. It for my '95 Chariot/Nimbus/RVR 4G63 4WD setup Do the whole hub assembly needs to be removed from the car and the hub pressed out ? I'm using a slide hammer to pull the hub out but it do not seems to move. :fuuuuu: Help

    turbo rotation mods

    You will need to remove the locating pin and re-position it at the right orientation / position. Re-installing the locating pin at a new position is optional.

    A leaking exhaust manifold will effect boost level. A small standard intercooler will restrict boost level, have you got a bigger I/C ? Have you got the supporting fuel supply mod ?

    You would not want your flywheel to be loose. If that come off at high rpm it will go through the gearbox housing and maybe through the firewall too then straingh between your legs.

    Hey Dre, Yes they are. The spline diameter for my hub is 26mm. While the RVR is 28mm. Strange indeed, as I thought they are the same car except for the wheelbase.

    Yes you can weld on cast manifold, using proper welding rods.
