You forgot compression ;) what ecu are you going to run it with? the evo's got higher compression (8.5:1 vs 7.8:1) so the vr4 ecu won't have the right ignition mapping (too advanced) and the evo ecu will require some mucking about with the loom plugs to fit.

The cusco tarmac diff isn't a plate type though, and it still uses the stock viscous to limit slip, so it won't be noisy at all.
