Just curious if anyone knows where I can get my hands on a custom exhaust manifold to suit a 16g but not massive, just short pipes to fit under the cooler pipe

I've read that the flap fucks up in the dynomax exhausts and creates problems and the fiberglass cracks up and makes it sound bad, I think I'll get the oval type 3" inlet and 3" out with single pipe... Like I said I had the cannon before and it was just so big under the car use to scrub on...

Adjusted it... Clutch feels like its at a better height but the catch point is still high, I'm gonna replace the clutch and see how it goes

Just curious if anyone has purchased a oval varex before? I had a cannon type on my old GSR and it was pretty loud and very free flowing, Just wondering if anyone has the oval type with twin or single tips and Does it sound anything like the cannon??

Hello just wanted to say thanks to jamo for the awesome 63t GSR love it!! I'm having a slight issue with the clutch catch point it's about half inch from the top of pedal movement and just wondering if its possible to adjust the clutch catch point for a bit more free play before the clutch...

Battery in boot? But pic shows a battery in the engine bay also? Old pic maybe??

Have you fixed ur problem? Same shit happened to me, found out there was a crack in the clutch plate and one of the torsion springs broke out and Fkd up my whole clutch it was rubbing on the pressure plate, the problem ur having sounds like u just have air in the system if ur fluid is going down...

Sounds like a problem I had, I found out it was one of the cables going into the plug that goes onto the tr unit

Got all the bits, just waiting for some good weather to do the transplant or a good chance with a nice cool manifold lol, The guy at precision turbos said he will give me a rebuilt TD05 16g or $400 for a T4 is that worth it or just take the cash?

I know damo and Chris I've gotten a few things from them, good guys I'm gonna take my car to them when I do my conversion ;)

Bolts look pretty good there's one on the top it seems a bit stripped doesn't tighten up properly, what about gaskets? Reuse the same ones? How does it all seal up and i do think I need a cork gasket for the oil return any idea where I can get one? Around liverpool?

Found out its a seized turbo, compressor fan just not free spinning, is it bad to drive around with it like that?? I haven't had a chance to change it I found a replacement tdo4L just not sure if I feel confident to change it lol

Just opened up intake today and found that the fan has stopped spinning and or feels stuck I think there's something broken in the compressor housing anyone know where I can buy a new turbo?

What's the chances of the fan blades have broken off on the propeller?

I haven't checked the propeller blades but the impella seems to still be there haven't done a pressure test will do soon and how do I check if the actuator is jammed? The pin is still there lol There's no boost at all even when I have my foot down to the ground it seems to fluctuate on vac it's...

I took off the intake piping and spun the fan with my fingers, it's still spinning. But yeah there's no spool at all when I drive

Hey people, I have a cc lancer Gsr I got a bit of a problem with boost. I got none what so ever I checked all the lines to the solenoid and no visible cracks or splits. On idle I checked the bov and it was sucking air in except when I hit the throttle, Oh and I kinda let the oil get a bit low...
