bought a front engine mount and bracket of a 93 VR4 of Ebay doesnt fit my 90 model E38 RS . similar but not interchangable any ideas why the difference?? i would have thought they were the same??? Cheers

yeah the thermostats that are made by HKS JUN etc say they fit evo 1 to 10 however the TOMEI check valve that replaces the thermostat so the oil flows continuously through the cooler only suits evo 4 to 10 might just buy one and see if it works i suppose.

Im in NSW. mainly interested in info on the ECU itself. Has a chip in that has written on it "Group N rally New Zealand" I think the printed circuts are beyond repair. Is there any way to find out what tune is on the Chip? Will post some pics if i can find my camera!

Hi guys can anybody shed some light on this ECU? was in my VR4 when i got it, stopped working (no fuel pump output) the printed circut is burned. can anybody repair this sort of damage?? Cheers Robert

Ive got a set of 560cc evo7 injectors i got from somewere. 1 off my VR4 450cc is cactus, rather than replace one of the 450s can i fit the set of evo 7s and run it ok ?? engine is stock except for 16G turbo planning to upgrade ECU etc when funds permit so 560s will stay in. Cheers Robert

Hi Besty I run mine in AMSAG and CAMS events using a NSW rally specific unregistered vehicle permit. very cheap option. it has a tower to tower multipoint welded cage.I was told by somebody in "the know" that was a must have as the VR4 will bend/twist/break if not strengthened by a multi point...

Hi Besty I have a E38 VR4 RS gravel rally car i have decided to sell, Im asking 10 grand for it. it owes me WAY more then that!! what ever you think your going to spend to make a VR4 "rally ready" double/triple it! best option is to buy a rally car that somebody else has spent the money on...

Ok i have a VR4 RS rally car with the 3.909 rear diff and RS box (getting a bit tired). will a EVO3 box/transfer bolt straight in without modifications?? thanks in advance for any info guys.
