GET RID OF IT!!!!!! IT DETERIORATES YOUR SYNCRO'S and can lead to gbox failure, theres a thread on here somewhere, with alot of people having problems with the use of redline in their vr4 gbox's.

fixed:) Hopefully the vr4, it wont be, but i can hope it will be on the road by this weekend, otherwise ill be lawing pretty low over the xmas break.

ok guys, After talking to someone at mitsy, they rang ralliart and have got two part number for two different cables, MB659306 $448.80 MB484539 $402.60 Im not sure which one? I have a jspec as well.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND THESE IN AUS??? i think i have found the seats for the vr4.

Cheers anyway man, Im in the middle of the shifter cable nightmare myself, after giving my old units to a workshop to get them rebuilt they sent them away and have come back not fitting properly. I went and seen the workshop today and they said they were built using the old ones as a guide...

well there goes the rest of my afternoon. ahahaha

VR4 is nearly back on the road FARKING WOOOTTT!!!!!, getting the gear cables fixed next week, then a new back tyre will need to be orderd from tempe the pay week after!! so close..i can smell the unburnt fuel now. now to address that bad kebab i ate for lunch...oohhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Definatly your alternator man, mine did the same thing. coughed and spluttered and eventually died in the kfc driveway, alternator cant keep the battery charged and cant send ignition to the coils causing it to run like a dead wombat and eventually dieing in the ass end. new alternator and...

for 1200 bucks, no. You would get better gains from a gtpumps or similar manifold and a tune for that money.
