    Laying up carbon fibre

Do you want the grain to be even? You'll need to pretend you are wrapping it with vinyl. Also, make sure the layer under the carbon is black otherwise you'll be able to see through it.

    Clutch Pedal Issues ???

Take a look at the spring on on the side of the pedal box. It might not be seated properly on the plastic sleeve which could also be damaged. Could be broken welds in the pedal box.

Proton Satria GLi - no injector pulse?

I had the same problem with my GLi. I fixed it with a 4g63.

    Driveshaft boots

Just go to your local driveshaft shop. I paid $11 per kit which includes, boot, bands, grease. They are a fairly universal fit. For the outer CV make sure its the tripod type with the 3 notches.

    Evo/GSR Rearcut.

Contemplating converting the Satria to AWD should a suitable rear end pop up. -I've already got an awd fuel tank, so thats not necessary. -Prefer an Evo diff for the LSD/matching ratios.

    CK4A lancer (4G63T project)

To put the older model motors/trans into the newer engine bay, you'll need the the front subframe and crossmember from the older model depending what trans you are using. i.e AWD gearbox needs AWD subframe and crossmember. The steering rack, control arms are all the same. You need the mounts...

    JE Pistons

Isn't it just the oil rings that are different between 6 bolt/7 bolt pistons, and all other dimensions the same? I.E. 6 bolt- 3mm, 7 bolt- 2.8mm rings.

Evo 1-3 coil packs Vs. Gsr coil packs

Standard lancers use a distributor.. You can use coil packs for a Proton Gti/M21 aswell

    Mirrors folding on Ignition

I had it the folding mirrors wired like that in my cc coupe because i didn't have the evo folding module.. It makes the factory folding switch redundant though.. You need a DPDT relay, and maybe a relay for each mirror if you can't get a DPDT big enough.. Instead of Acc, put it on Ignition.

    Oil pressure issues

+1 Unlikely the tailshaft would be out just sitting in the shop. More likely they didnt put the screwdriver in the back of the block when the timing belt was done

DECC Emissions and Noise scrutineering coming to a venue near you!

Its the reason why i'm now driving a Corolla around town, and towing the Satria to race meetings. As much as you try, you are always guilty until proven innocent when it comes to defects etc etc.

    Standard ECU boost source?

I assumed it would be something to do with that nipple on the intake. After reading previous threads on here, i convinced myself into plumbing it in the way i had it. I'll hook it up as mentioned, and test it out. Big thanks. + rep.

    Standard ECU boost source?

Yeah Jon, EB94A. The caps are all good etc etc.. Alex, the stock wastegate spring is 8-9psi.

    Standard ECU boost source?

Nope. Should have mentioned, standard soldered chip in 2468 ECU.

    Standard ECU boost source?

I've got a small issue thats been bugging me, and i'm trying to get to the bottom of it, so i'm here to pick your brains. The Evo II 63t has been running in the Satria since November and whilst run in, boost has been controlled straight off the wastegate. The car is using all standard E2 ECU...
