My car was running under boost (.4BAR) and the revs took forever to reach redline, and didn't rev as freely as it should. Today i took my car for a drive.. and it's not even hitting boost at all, and it really struggles to rev beyond 4000rpm. My car idles perfectly and it's not blowing any smoke...

anyone ever hooked up one of these? all the instructions are in japanese.. need to know about the green and blue wire? where do they go? i hooked one to them to ignition, but it's losing power in crank, and the other to ignition, but with power in crank? don't know if im making any sense...
