The SRS light came on yesterday in the wifes RVR and has stayed on. Is there anyway of fixing it or does she just have to get used to it being always on?

Not at the hospital car park but at the JCU car park for sure.. It would be the white one as I just traded in the older one we had...

Just had the Turbotech Manual Boost Controller fitted to the wifes RVR today along with a nice digital boost gauge.. Have it set at 10PSI at the moment but might have a play with it a bit higher over the weekend.

I have just had new centre bearing on both my RVR's replaced recently. I don't know where my mechanic got them from but they cost around $130.00 each.

How does one find the sender gauge in the fuel tank? Just seems that the fuel level drops rather quicker that it should and I would like to check it out.

I don't want to run very high boost but do want to be able to set it to a good setting for normal driving. I was thinking around 12PSI? The car does have a K&N pod filter and the exhaust has the large muffler at the back removed and a straight through one fitted.

Ordered a Turbotech controller earlier this week. What sort of boost gauge do people use and where are they situated in the car?

Just wondering how one goes about changing the turbo boost on an RVR. I was told by someone that I must fit a turbo boost kit, (electronic or manual) before the boost can be changed? What is a good boost to use for just running around town? Cheers, Jack.

Can anyone tell me how many litres are left in the fuel tank once the low fuel light comes on? The wifes RVR fuel guage showed near empty and the light came on but when she filled it up, it only took 39.55ltrs and had only done 255klms.

Bought mine 12 months ago for $8000.00. 1995 model with bullbar, driving lights, towbar and 10 stacker CD player. So happy with the car that it looks like I will be buying another one this weekend for the wife.

Well, the rollcage for the Mirage showed up today and I ended up buying a 5 point 3" harness. I might not drive fast but gee, I will look the part... :)

Hope to try a couple of sprint meetings if I can.. I have bought a half rollcage for the Mirage and now looking for a 3" 4 point harness plus maybe even a racesuit as well.. If one can't be fast at least one should look the part... :blink:

Ripper, might get a chance to try out the Mirage before I head down to Phillip Island in August..
