Hmm well i cleaned and reoiled the air filter, changed the plugs and tested the leads (they were all ok), and there seems to be slightly less smoke now during idle I tried to check my avc-r for the injection duty cycle values (i figured they might shed some light on something), but it wont show...

Gap size is 0.8, and looking at the NGK site i see BP6ES-11, is that any different to BP6ES? I'm pretty sure its a vr4 4g63 but honestly im not 100% sure :? How exactly do i check that anyway?
