    You want to be running twin pots, if you have single pots get rid of them and go the twin pots, also get much more choice in performance pads. For the street some good pads, bleeding you lines, and slotted rotors will make a good improvement over shit pads. Slotted dba 4000 series are the way...

    You'd just need a stock ecu socketed to put the chip in. Since you have no afm you need the speed density kit to go with it, but since you likely have map sensors in there already may not need all of it. Here a link the the whole package anyway so you can see what you do need...

    Id throw the cams in while you wait to get a larger turbo, a 264 is not too big for a E316g at all, so the flow gains will be worth it without making it sluggish down low. that way you can have some fun pushing the E3 turbo more in the low to mid 20's psi range.

    Just dent the water pipe plenty of people with larger compressor housings do it, pretty common practice. Unless you use spacers on the manifold, which often cause leaks, or a manifold with the flange moved, not worth the effort is staying mitsi flanged.

    Wasnt from too much power, i was flowing 42lb/min, estimating 9hp produced per 1lb/min of air as a guide, that around close to around 380hp on a pump fuel tune. Seems people can make 200+hp more on E85 buring cooler ect and keep them in one piece if nothing goes wrong.

    Id recommend going an ecmlink rather than a full ecu next, either the full version or the lite has plenty to get you started. You can keep a lot of you factory controls so the car runs well, compared to an ecu that isn't made for the car.
