just move to qld, ud be unlucky to even have to cops take a look at ur motor, let alone notice its not engineered! but for insurence ud need to have it all complied & engineered. I dont think they do emissions tests tho, just check the mounts are welded on properly, & ur drive shafts...

thats true, it is weird tho.. im thinking maybe a vaccume leak, cos the revs hunt a little on idle but its not noticable & iv pulled various vaccume lines off & it doesnt make the car idle any different

if that much damage is done to the head.. & there is zero compression, it might be that motor is completly shagged! might be front cut time! keep us posted on what u find when it gets pulled down!
