sc12 or sc14 jay?

to be honest i have no freakin clue, it was "buy it now" on ebay for cheap, i mean hella cheap so couldn't resist... looks to be an older SC14 variant but either way 200cc or air wont make a huge diff to a 2lt....

youd be suprised- sc12s arfe off 1.6 and sc14 is off the 2.0 1ggze. I have played with them a bit and you would probably do your self a favour and run an intercooler if your planning on running close to 10psi(8-9 was stock on the 1gs from memory).

on my mates celica air intake temps were very high when it was being thrashed. they work pretty well though.

yup yup, water to air cooler inside the intake mani..... well at least i'll try and make one.... oh trust me i'm no longer surprised about heat coming from these things, after blowing my M45 out my bonnet....

aww come on your all killin me here lol...... let me finish one first kz! lol...

Hmm my first post disappeared? WTF:fuuuuu:

Like I said in the first reply for this thread...Here we go again.....:p

It should have the sc12/14 inscribed in the case somewhere.

Looks like a 12.

Shame this one didnt come with the bypass system...

I think its time to reveal something aye Jay?

nah should be right bro, thanks though..... i'v been searching over this S/C and there are no tags.... but the pully is the right size for the SC14.... i have no idea though......

ok this supercharger is farkin HUGE..... i'm tempted just to stay T/C..... i thought the galants had massive engine space..... but this thing is almost half the size of the engine without piping....

i'm leaning more into the EVO ti-alum wheeled turbo's... with a water to air cooler..... but i literaly have about 2" clearance from the fire wall, when the supercharger is mounted properly.....

damnit thing is too big! wont fit will have to sick with turbo..... mods please lock till further notice....
