4G93T (Lancer RS 1994) + Newer Turbo

Hi,

I would like to ask help and input which is better approach to upgrade my Stock Turbo from 4G93T (Lancer RS 1994)


Stock Turbo = TD04L-13G-5.0

Plan Upgrade to this Options which can you recommend better

Option1: TF035HM-12T-5.0

Option2: TD05HR-06-16B6 (EVO5 RS)

Option3: TD05HR-15GK2-9T (EVO7 GT-A)

i've read from this thread that I need to modify the exhaust manifold

There are plenty of bolt on options that dont require the huge changes needed if you were to use a turbo from the later model Evos.

hi thank you for the input.

we have scarcity of bolt-on upgrade Turbo in my location.
Turbo from Evo123 would be a decent upgrade for my stock 93T engine.

but just incase I will push for the options mentioned above.

this means that i will focus more on the modification of mount from 7cm to 10cm?

Plenty on ebay mate. Kinugawa / kando do some cheaper options

There is a lot of stuffing around to get a late model turbo on the early shape....not worth the effort IMO
