Come over tomorrow and ill check for boost leaks in the system with the tester.
Ill also check the J pipe gasket and maybe the manifold bolts and turbo bolts too.....

Whats the bet your missfire is being cause by a boost leak :?:

Checked for boost leaks...but could only get it up to 10psi without the tester popping out.

I wanted to test it off the turbo itself instead of up the oily intake pipe (oiled foam filter  ) and raise it to 20psi, but he was over it and left.

Gave him 4 AFMs including an evo one to test.

He now has the 510cc injetros installed...Ill wait for him to post....

*EDIT* EVERY join has a T bolt clamp on it too

Ok changed the airflow meter and checked the timing which is perfect the car still makes 10psi and holds just still misses :(

So you have 510's and an evo maf now? Have you changed your pump yet? What gap are your spark plugs? Are all you injector clips ok?

I have asked about this before but I thought on a GSR you cant just plug in an EVO AFM and it will work, with out the EVO ECU???

My bet is still on the fuel pump not supplying enough fuel at WOT...

hey. had similar troubles awhile back could be a number of things, but for me just it was just as simple as new spark plugs and gapping them down to 0.7mm hope this might help.

*Update*

Turned out that the NO.2 Cyliders Rocker arm fell off:eek:

Got the head redone because it was smoking like a chimney!

Back together now but it wont fire at all.:(

There is Fuel in the fuel rail,
Spark,
Compression.
He has fiddled with all of the connectors on the major electrical components and sprayed contact cleaner.
Changed ECU's
Changed Injectors
The Injectors have been cleaned and flowed as well.

Ideas Please?

Thanks

pull a plug and see if its wet.........the injectors may not be getting signal.

check all the engine earths...and the ones on the ecu

No fuel getting out of the plugs at all.....He said he checked all of the electrical connections....

ive got gsr wiring diagrams but i cant save them because of copyright which is shit

doo you know if youve got injector pulse
