Hey peoples. I've put a hydraulic clutch in my cc coupe. It's hooked up to a gsr box. I've adjusted Te pushrod behind pedal fully. But the pedal goes all the way to the floor and has pretty much 1mm play before friction so gears don't select very well. Are there any other adjustments. Can u adjust / put a longer pushrod down clutch end?

i would try bleed the clutch again, otherwise there are length adjustable slave pushrods on ebay for about $7

+ 1 to another good bleeding. If not look at the fork while someone is depressing the clutch for you, making sure that the rod from slave cylinder is pushing the fork across...

make sure you crack the pipe exiting the clutch master and give it a quick bleed there to make sure there is no air trapped in there. then do the rest

I hope you have the revised clutch fork, revised clutch pedal bracket in there and a non leaking slave cylinder and a good master cylinder and clutch hose :). Done all of these on mine.

I've only had this problem when my slave cylinder died = loss of fluid, so hopefully a good bleed will fix it..

I bled it down the bottom and seams a little better now. There sent any leaks. I was thinking the master pushrod was too short so not pushing in far enough or the slave was too short. When pedal is down the slave pushrod and the clutch fork can still move out heaps more
