did you get a manifold with that turbo?

if you do by any chance did you try and bolt it up?

im keen to see if the late 4 onwards manifolds will actually bolt up
to the early heads

I have tried this with a stock E9 manifold. Manifold goes on the vr4 head no probs.. But the turbo just doesn't fit, even after removing the powersteering pump.. It's just a no no.. That's why I had jay make up a manifold.

so even with no ps pump and a reclocted alternator it still hits?

yep.. plus i got a cordia so very tiny bay.. so having the tubo inlet face the driver's side is the only way.. unless you relocate the turbz completely.
twas my idea to fit late model evo turbo's to 1st gen engines. soon see..
