Ooh, take me, take me, take me! Pretty please? :p :D
Hey Rob, why are you backing up Marek? You're the one who gave me the idea of the LSD! Haha, just kidding mate.
Marek, I must try out this phenomenon that is the LSD, apparently it is the best mod you can do for a hi-po FWD. Many people have bought the quaife (expensive as it is) and said that "it was worth every cent".

K33P UP - Sorry, I'll try to keep it on topic from now on.....

who would want to drive fwd????

get your damn awd working and then you wont have to bag to get a lift to awd cruises!!!!!

You can argue as much as you want but at the end of the day we all gonna have awd's and you will have fwd with a super dooper lsd:)

Marek has a point, an lsd in a high power front wheel drive is a must, but an awd is far better again. Sorry, I don't like agreeing with Marek either

yes thats right Rob you know i'm right and you know that Mahommad missed his pills and he's not thinking straight:)

So Maho whats the progress on the vr4????

Are you serious!!!???
Man!!!!
I'm so close to getting the LSD hey after alot of effort and waiting......
I'm confused now.........dammit.
Is awd that good?
The thing is, my VR4 will be a granny car compared to the GGSR, it will be stock. Whereas the GGSR puts out alot of grunt (for a FWD) and traction is inexistant so I thought well I can't go wrong getting an LSD.
Even if I got it, I could transfer it to the VR4 at a later stage.

I dunno now..........what should I do? Help! I'm about to buy this damn thing already. Suggestions?

EDIT: Haha, lol Rob.
And thanks to the mod who made a new thread for us to talk rubbish.

make your mind up re: LSD i'm pretty desperate to get mine on the road which means the parts from USA, i am getting that shipping price and will let you know tomorrow i would imagine.

Cheers

Hey Craig, JNZ haven't replied to any of my emails. What about you?
Crap!!
Sorry for holding you up man.......
I keep thinking, no, yes, no, yes etc. and just end up going around in a circle!
I gotta get a hold of myself! This lsd idea is doing my head in.
Umm, I'll sleep on it, and let you know tomorrow.

it's ok, i'm waiting until my next statement period for my credit card which is next week so that i have 7 weeks to pay it off rather than 4

hmmm do you want my opinion mahommad??

get your self some 16 or 20g, some cams, injectors and maybe dsmlink and put that into your vr4, then it won't be granny car anymore:)

And you will spend as much as you going to spend on that lsd.

I want my VR4 to be stock, I have all the gear already. I wanna see what they're like stock. Maybe take it to some motorkhanas or whatever get it dirty.
The GGSR is just going to be a street car/ weekend warrior, which I'd like to take to the track quite often.
I think I'll get it, if I don't I'll always be thinking "What if I got that LSD". :p

well looks like you are inviting me into passenger seat and go on the track with your new LSD!!!!!

thats if you have enough money to actually put it all together:)

from what i know marek, you will be able to ride passanger at the drags, just need a helmet and fully clothed (long pants, long sleeves, and closed in shoes)

This is true.
However, I seem to be digging myself in deeper!
I've ordered new rotors/pads for both front and rear. Now I need lower ball joints for both sides, along with tie rod ends. I want to renew the front wheel bearings and replace/renew the wheel studs on my hubs, as they are damaged, but I have no clue as to how this is done!

Actually, while I'm here, does anyone know how to take the lower ball joint out of the control arm? Also, does anyone know how to replace the wheel studs? Someone took a grinder to one of them!

I'm beginning to worry if I'll get it all done before drag day.
