Bit of a grind

Sometimes,wen i turn at slow speeds with a reasonable amount of lock (to the left i think) sounds like a shudder,almost like my tyres r rubbing on my gaurds,but its not that,and at full lock once ive heard the belt squeel.
Power steering pump dying?
