was driving around on the weekend and noticed my boost spiking to 1.8 bar, so i kept it easy for the rest of the night.. it is set to 1.4bar only.

now today i took it out to go to the shops and noticed it still spiked to 1.8bar.. i thought it was something to do with my avcr, so i turned my avcr to my 2nd setting which is 1bar and yet it still peaked at 1.7 - 1.8..

after that i turned off my avcr so it would run on stock boost but nope, still goes up to 1.7 - 1.8bar..

i'm guessing its something with the solenoid or something? i need to get this fixed before saturday, but my mechanic is flat out till saturday..

anyone want to have a look at it for me?.. cheers..

i thought if i had a leak in the piping my boost wouldnt be as high?
anyhows if i don't get this fixed don't think i'll be running on sat..

check your turbo and see if there isnt any leaks there!!! if there is black around the turbo or exhaust dump then you have a leak.

i would also check your vacumn lines or your blow off valve for leaks.

one of the vacuum hoses came off.. tightened it with a cable tie and it's all good now :D..

but now, i have another problem.. i can hear squeeking under my rear right wheel.. kind of like tyres rubbing the gaurds, but it's not that.. i'm guessing shocks..

Your plastic innner guards rubbing against your wheel. Check that.
