can anyone tell me what cars(make and model) will have the twin pot calipers????
the parts numbers are
left: MB699450
right: MB699451

it will really help me find a cheap set at the wreckers but as long i know what cars would have them.

thanks guys:)

how early veradas????
what about pajeros i've heard they had them too and i think 380 have them now as well but i still need more info in detail if possible.

some pajeros do too, but i think the bracket is different.

380 has twin spots too, but they are bigger and the bracket
spacing in massive,

thanks guys for all that.

I just bought twin pot from 94 magna ts and they fit perfectly but since the disks are a bit smaller 2mm of the brake pad is sticking out but it's still good!!!!

Twin pots need the bigger ASpec\Face lift (276mm??) rotors

yup i believe that is correct, RDA 402s would be the go for an upgrade

yeah they do need bigger rotors but they still work on the smaller rotors:)

but while we on the topic whats the best place to get the bigger rotors???
it also have to be cheap!!!

Yes, they will still work, but go easy on them and only use the original discs as a temporary measure. It will stuff your pads as well so I hope you are using an old set, not good new ones. I can think of a lot of bad things which theoretically could happen if you kept using them long term or gave them a hard time.

yes i know what you saying, i got $30 brake pads so there is enough meat to wear around the ouside of the rotor so i can still drive it but yes i am looking for a new set of sloted disks.
I saw a good set on american ebay and the whole set with brake pads will send me +/- US$200 unless some one knows a cheaper place

:D my front pads alone cost more than that.
You can get RDA rotors locally for around $100 each, or DBA for a little more.

GVR40 should be able to get a good price on all that.....
