If the wearing out of the HKS cam gears or the 3 bolt setup isnt enough to turn you off them, then maybe the colour is :lol: TIC

but what are good for a step 1 cam??? HKS, TODA, TOMEI????

just want to extend the range a tiny bit top and bottom and get a good mid hit

HKS 264's will give you excellent midrange :wink: Whilst you're at it throw in a Garrett GT28RS/GT3071R :wink:

Well then perhaps there might be some other areas that would benefit from your cash besides cams??

i will be doing other things, full exhaust, fuel pump, PFC, and maybe some pre turbo intake work, but the cams would help alot i think..

what else do you think would do a similar effect?

intercooler pipes and intake.

turbo then cams

wasnt looking to update the turbo.. had ppl saying it can hack over 20psi which would give more than enough oumf. yet a bigger turbo would probably have more grunt.

why the cooler pipes tho?

to get rid of the restriction in the lower pipes.

also more air capacity in your pipes ready to go into the motor.
