Since I cant seem to locate a competant mech in geelong i was wondering if someone could refer me to someone closer to melb, basically i need a check up for a few noises, boost leak checked and fixed and might aswell get the boost controller installed and have it tuned while its up there. just need someone that will do a good job that i wont have to get fixed later on.
cheers guys

tyre power do all that stuff?

This one does. The guys are performance/track/IPRA racers and take extreme pride in all the work they do. Only guys besides myself and a couple of close mates who I trust to work on my car.

awesome sounds good, i think i used to deliver tyres there in my old job for tyremax. I'll definately hit him up. cheers

Not quite in Geelong, but if you get stuck, Ray @ AutoRacingTechnik is great, he knows his stuff and I wouldn't go anywhere else if you have to troubleshoot some problems.

Most workshops/mechanics who know their stuff will have a dyno tuner who they would probably recommend to you. Not alot of workshops will outlay the $$$ to setup a dyno and undertake the training when it's not part of their core business.

I highly recommend you give Essendon Tyrepower a call mate, Paul is by far the best and most honest mechanic I've met.

I can sell you a viscous coupling eliminator that will allow you to tune your car on a 2wd dyno if need be.

Otherwise I get all my work done at Springy Motors.
AWD Dyno Dynamics in house and knows there stuff.
