Stay away from Drilled rotors, allows the heat to penetrate through to the middle of the face and cause early warping. You won't notice not having drilled unless you do some real serious track work/racing.
Slotted will be good enough.
Yeah I think the price difference between gold and the 4000 series (fronts at least on galants/early evos) is not much. Why take the tarted up cheap option?
After turning the centres of my Ozracing wheels from white to a burnt yellow due to the heat transferred from the disc into the wheels, the next set of front rotors I buy (if I keep it long enough to wear my RDA's out) will be a 2 piece setup.
dba don't make an off the shelf 2 piece kit for our cars rob otherwise i would have put those on mine. nothing to say they can't do a custom job though
nah you cant get 5000s in 276mm anymore. i have 294mm rotors on mine from an evo 4 and plan to get alloy hats made up to suit the 5000s that you can still get.
