Deposit's should be non-refundable simply because you're wasting the spot if you don't show. Either way we've gotta pay for the track regardless of if you turn up or not. So on that note, I will state that deposits will indeed be non-refundable. Pay up and show up, or pay up and don't show up. That way we (I) don't have to pay up the difference.

I'd get kinda shitty if 40 people booked and nobody came. That'd cost a fortune.

Payments will need to be made in FULL ($40).. ill put up the details later.. we will also have 'reserves' after the 40 official cars if need be.
