What's an REPV registration?

Basically it was registered under a loophole in Victoria which has now been closed....NSW will not recognise it as being legit so wont allow rego.

There's no RORO ships that service NZ-AUS so it'll need to go in a container which obviously puts the price up. Last time I checked about 8 years ago it wasn't cheap

I was thinking it might not be a gsr but in the description it says it's awd and it seems to have all the gsr extras so it's got me a little confused lol

That purple paint with red interior one has been around for a long time IIRC. I think it was even in a magazine years ago.
