Hey guys,

Anyone know how I can replace the servo controlling the vent for recirc/outside air? It's the one sitting behind the glove box. When changing from outside to recirc it makes a loud clicking noise like it's jamming. Taking the glove box out you can see the servo close only half way. Dismantling the servo revealed a large white plastic cog with several teeth missing. I'm thinking this is the problem. Is there perhaps a place I can get a replacement cog that fits the motor? A place say I could take it to and they'd get you one? Or am I looking at replacing the whole thing and if so, what's the P/n or what's a compatible servo (I've heard of late model magnas?)

Any help appreciated.

the magnas do it but its usually a module which comes with the arm

I think it would be the Link kit - heater blower , but please correct me if Im wrong

I took a photo of it, but I haven't taken it apart though...

thanks! though at that price maybe I'll look at just replacing the plastic cog because when I took it out there were a few teeth missing.
