Evo3 Idle Drop with and without ac When driving

hi guys im very new to this forum nice to meet url and im from sri lanka .. im having a issue with the idle i dont knw how to fix this problem
i bought a new ecu also but the problem stil there .. i cleaned the idle up valve also but no even e good sign .. can u please help me thank you .
